Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Michigan is seeking seasonal Heavy Equipment Operators to join our winter crew in Comstock Park. You will operate heavy equipment to clear snow, earn competitive cash, and work on-call schedule with nights, days, holidays, and weekends as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Professional Commercial snow removal experience preferred
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation

Responsibilities

• Safely remove snow to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively on on-the-job issues that may arise.
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in a timely manner.
• Complete training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning.
