Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking seasonal on-call Heavy Equipment Operators to join our winter team. You’ll operate large equipment to clear snow and support customers during harsh weather conditions, with safety and quality at the forefront.

These part-time, seasonal roles offer flexible scheduling from November 15 to April 15, with potential for full-time opportunities based on performance. Compensation ranges from $26 to $30+ per hour, plus paid training and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Professional Commercial snow removal experience preferred.
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation.
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner.
• Must complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning.

Responsibilities
