Responsibilities

• Oversee snow and ice operations and work in inclement weather, including overtime and holidays.
• Supervise seasonal operation, administration and maintenance of the assigned facility, including grounds and building maintenance and recreational programming.
• Direct staff in visitor recreation/education services and resource protection programs; manage work assignments and performance evaluations.
• Prepare reports and maintain records on daily/weekly/monthly seasonal operations; coordinate volunteers and other personnel.
