Total Wine & More in Miami is seeking a Front End Team Member with a focus on cash handling and customer service. You will process transactions, answer questions about products, and promote loyalty programs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll engage customers with product knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and support adherence to store policies. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and bagging.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
