Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Seasonal Front End role in Florida. As a cashier/sales associate, you will process transactions, greet customers, and promote the loyalty program while maintaining accurate cash handling and compliance with alcohol sale laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID checks and payment handling.
• Greet customers, deliver friendly service, and upsell loyalty programs.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and store policies; keep the checkout area clean and organized.
• Attend product training and collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to all laws related to alcohol sale and safety standards.
