Job summary

Chloeta is seeking a Seasonal Mitigation Technician I to support wildfire prevention and mitigation for commercial clients. The role emphasizes prevention, data collection, and home hardening measures at various sites.

Travel up to 90-100% is required; candidates must be able to operate company vehicles and meet DOT standards. The position is non-healthcare and runs for the fire season, with furlough or recall for the next season.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with computers/tablets.
• Valid state driver's license with 3+ years driving history.
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certification required.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Completion of IC-100, IS-700, L-180, S-130, S-190 courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide mitigation services per company policies and guidance.
• Prioritize client sites and perform vegetation removal and home hardening measures.
• Record daily data in company databases accurately.
• Receive and execute daily work assignments from supervisors.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely and maintain a professional image.
