Job summary

ALO in Beverly Hills is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store goals during peak periods. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, product expertise, and personalized service to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Associates work part-time with a minimum 4-hour shift and must be able to work during the Blackout period and holiday season. Base pay is $18.00 per hour, with eligibility for a Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Influence store goals by aligning with leadership and company objectives.
• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO Flow initiatives and productivity.
• Provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and engage customers.
• Build ongoing client relationships with customers daily.
• Analyze reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities in deficient areas.
• Ensure front and back-of-house coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on store goals, initiatives, and product launches.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model through personal testimony.
