Job summary

ALO in Boca Raton is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences and living the ALO Brand Mission. You’ll share product knowledge, connect authentically with guests, and help drive sales.

This role requires constant movement on the floor, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible part-time schedule including the Blackout period through late January. Join a high-energy team that values service and mindful retail.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales or retail environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles and culture.
• Constant movement in all store areas is required.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for an entire shift and maintain energy on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Impact store operations positively by aligning with store leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers and create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate guests on the store's products, community, and culture.
• Maintain daily schedules in partnership with Store Leadership to support business strategy.
• Assist with shipments and product flow, including visual merchandising and replenishment.
