Job summary

ALO in Miami is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. You’ll connect authentically with guests, share product knowledge, and provide personalised service to drive sales and loyalty.

Part-Time non-exempt role with up to 20 hours per week, including the Blackout period through late January.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-centric sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to lift, stand, and move around the store for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; support action plans.
• Ensure front and back of house procedures are executed per policy.
