Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, including Freedom Boat Club, is seeking friendly, outdoor-oriented staff for seasonal dock-side roles by the water in Massachusetts. You will greet members, assist on the docks, handle check-in/out on a handheld tablet, monitor equipment, and help with reservations and weather logs while delivering excellent service.

The role is temporary/seasonal (ends in October/November) with weekday, weekend, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to regularly perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Able to read and manipulate handheld tablets.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow safety policies.
• Experience in or around boats (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, cooperative attitude and ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests according to company standards.
• Answer telephone calls with professional etiquette.
• Manage check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Maintain vessels and Club location to company standards.
• Prepare reservation system, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Provide basic guidance on local waters to members.
• Follow all policies and maintain confidentiality.
