Job summary

Brunswick, a global marine leader, invites you to join Freedom Boat Club on the docks as a temporary seasonal team member. You will welcome members, assist with check-in/out via handheld tablets, and help ensure vessels and the club environment are clean and welcoming.

The role supports a high-voice guest-service environment by the water. Seasonal position through October/November, with opportunities to grow and develop within Brunswick’s marine brands.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, balance and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read and operate handheld tablets.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and acknowledge them according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Answer and manage telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Handle check-in and check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure vessels and club location are ready.
• Maintain cleanliness of vessels and marina facilities
• Prepare reservation fuel logs and weather reports.
• Provide basic guidance about local waters to members.
