Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous Aquatics and/or Water Parks experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Current lifeguard/instructor certification preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatics Facility Operator (AFO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily operations at the water park.
• Facilitate in-service training programs for safety and customer service.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Monitor daily pool operations to adhere to health regulations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the water park.
