UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor in Reno, NV to lead and develop teams responsible for safety, production and attendance. You will set high standards for accuracy and customer service while maintaining strong cross‑functional relationships on site.

You will manage resources, coach staff, and ensure compliance with safety policies, driving continuous improvement. Requirements include lifting 70 lbs, flexible shifts, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency; a Bachelor's

Qualifications

Must have strong communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs / 32 kgs regularly.
Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
Management experience preferred.
