Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Grass Valley is seeking a Seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance, and to develop workgroups with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

You will set high standards and drive daily improvements, coaching staff and coordinating with management across functions. The role requires strong communication, the ability to lift 70 lbs., and flexibility to work up to five days per week in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
