UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead and develop workgroups in a high-volume warehouse setting. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, accuracy, and strong communication across teams and with customers. You will implement development plans, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred. Management experience is also preferred but not required.

Formación

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Develops positive relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.

Educación
