Job summary

UPS seeks a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance initiatives within a fast-paced warehouse. You will supervise and train workgroups, uphold high standards for productivity and accuracy, and foster strong cross-functional relationships across the site.

You will implement development plans, ensure comprehensive onboarding, and coach staff to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent; management experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
