UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance. You will train and develop workgroups, uphold high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service, and foster a cooperative, proactive team environment.

Requirements include lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts (up to five days a week), strong written and oral communication, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs. in a warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team‑oriented environment and promotes proactive communication.
