Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves supervising workgroups, training staff, and maintaining high standards for accuracy, productivity, and customer service.

The position emphasizes leadership across all levels, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation and safety training for all employees and provides coaching for growth.
