Job summary

UPS seeks a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, attendance, and quality, with coaching and development of staff.

You will coordinate with management to maintain high standards in productivity, accuracy, and customer service, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and prior management experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Builds positive, team-oriented work environment and coaches staff.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed; supports orientation and ongoing training.
