UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, maintaining high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and collaboration across departments to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualificações

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national or have legal status to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed and compliance maintained.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
