UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance while developing and coaching workgroups. This role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, and service, building strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.

The position emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and government requirements, while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

Competenze

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
