Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal supervisor to oversee and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance at a busy U.S. warehouse. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead training initiatives, ensure compliance with safety policies, and drive continuous improvement across the department. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred; management experience preferred
• Able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse
• Strong oral and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with all requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
