Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to lead workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. This role sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication across the department.

The supervisor will develop staff, train teams, ensure safety policy compliance, manage resources for maximum output, and foster a positive, collaborative environment. Previous management experience is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse environment a plus.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements employee development plans to ensure continued professional growth.
• Provides orientation, skills training, evaluations, and proactive coaching for staff.
• Ensures all department employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.
