Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, productivity, and attendance. You will establish high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication, and foster a collaborative, proactive environment across departments.

Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring safety compliance, managing resources for maximum output, and coaching personnel to support ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Ensures orientation, training, materials, evaluations, and coaching for staff.
