Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, or a permanent resident or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, and continual improvement.
• Implements personal development plans to ensure professional growth of department personnel.
• Ensures all employees receive orientation, training, materials, and regular evaluations.
