UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. You will supervise, train, and develop staff, maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.

The role requires fostering collaboration across levels and driving continuous improvement. The position emphasizes effective leadership, opportunities to coach and empower employees, and a focus on safety

Formación

• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of safety policies and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times and in compliance with all requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Implements employee development plans to ensure ongoing growth.
• Ensures thorough orientation and training with regular evaluations and coaching.
