Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to oversee and develop teams within a fast-paced warehouse environment in New Jersey. You will train staff, ensure safety policies are followed, and drive productivity and accuracy across the department.

Responsibilities include fostering teamwork, coaching employees, and coordinating resources to meet performance goals. A Bachelor’s degree and prior management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and lead workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Coordinate department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implement personal development plans to ensure growth of personnel.
• Provide orientation, training, and regular coaching to staff.
