Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and local requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implement employee development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, and regular coaching to staff.
