UPS in New Jersey is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service while fostering teamwork across departments.

You will train staff, ensure compliance with safety policies, manage resources for maximum output, and implement personal development plans. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
