Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. in Marlton, NJ seeks a Seasonal Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to support both warehouse operations and guest services during the peak holiday season. The hybrid role offers Monday–Saturday shifts, 8 AM–7 PM, with an August/September start and variable end dates.

You will prepare and ship inventory, assist with warehouse tasks, and deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Flexibility and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Forklift certification preferred; on-site training available.

Responsibilities

Build and prepare outbound shipments and maintain inventory accuracy.
Assist with receiving shipments and inventory control.
Deliver inventory and equipment to local off-site locations.
Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy and resolve concerns.
Provide exceptional guest experience and timely issue resolution.
