Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Corporate Warehouse in Marlton, NJ. You will help receive, store, and ship inventory and support field teams with holiday and souvenir projects. We value a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in receiving shipments and maintaining inventory.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll create the magic behind the scenes at our Corporate Warehouse in Marlton, NJ. We are looking for an organized, results-driven candidate who is dependable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Our Warehouse Associate Will Also

• Receive and fulfill requests for holiday and souvenir locations in the field
• Assist with building shipments for outbound deployment using customer-specific allocations
• Perform according to company standards for safety, speed of service, and other departmental goals as assigned
• Delivery of inventory items to offsite locations; within 100 miles of Corporate Warehouse
• Assist in receiving shipments and inventory items upon arrival
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in warehouse environment with temperature changes

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• At least 18 years of age
• Forklift certification preferred; opportunity to receive on-site training for all candidates without current certification
• A valid driver's license required
• Comfortable driving a 16’-18’ Box Truck/Van
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
