Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable learning how to use call center equipment and becoming familiar with software programs.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and resolve concerns via phone, email, and/or live chat.
• Uphold company service standards to ensure every customer has a positive guest experience.
• Record all calls and follow proper protocol using company software.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
