Job summary

Sephora’s Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely receive, pick, pack, prep and ship orders for retail stores and online customers. You will be cross-trained across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping to meet business needs.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving, picking, packing and shipping in a warehouse.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must follow safety rules and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to stores and online customers.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and OSHA guidelines to ensure safe practices.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and proper attire.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible shift requirements.
• Respond to leadership direction and support team processes.
