Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate 2 for a full-time role at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS. The position supports receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes, with cross-training across departments to meet business needs.

Essential duties include handling orders, following safety rules, maintaining attendance, and providing quality customer service. The role offers a $18.00 per hour base pay with potential shift differential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu driven applications.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish product in the warehouse.
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to both retail stores and online customers.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including reporting safety violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and wear appropriate work attire.
• Maintain regular attendance and be flexible with shifts and overtime as needed.
• Respond to leadership direction from Shift Coordinators and management.
• Provide high quality customer service per company standards.
