Job summary

Sephora's Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate 1 - Full Time (M-Th 5am-3:30pm). The role involves receiving, picking, packing, prepping, put-away and shipping products to stores and online customers, with safety and OSHA compliance.

You will operate WMS and RF terminals, learn warehouse layout, and be cross-trained in receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu driven applications.
• Familiarity with warehouse layout or the ability to learn layout.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to successfully receive, pick and replenish product in the warehouse.
• Basic math skills and demonstrate an ability to match numbers.
• Willingness to cross-train in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to stores and online customers.
• Follow all safety rules, policies and OSHA regulations; report violations to supervision.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule and be ready for designated shifts and overtime.
• Pro-actively respond to direction from leadership and team members.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
