Qualifications

• 2 months of harvest experience required.
• Must be able to use hand shears, clippers and other agricultural tools.
• Cannot be color blind due to product color differentiation.
• No smoking, illegal drugs, alcohol on site or in housing.
• Violence or disruptive behavior on site will not be tolerated.

Responsibilities

• Harvest crops according to instructions and safety guidelines.
