Qualifications

• 1 month of harvest experience in field crops.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and use hand tools.
• Outdoor work in mud, water, grease and varying weather.
• Able to bend, stand, and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Harvest and load baby leaf products into totes and trailers.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack for loading/unloading.
• Support irrigation duties and move hoses/pipes in fields.
• Drive tractor and transfer materials between locations.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards across the yard.
