Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate at Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Resort for the holiday season. Seasonal work runs early November through early January with shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

You'll park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide friendly, attentive hospitality. No experience needed; compensation starts at $15 per hour plus daily tips, with base pay of $8 per hour and potential cash tips daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of application or within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: read/write English; understand instructions; write simple correspondence; present information clearly.
