Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Towne delivers exceptional hospitality at Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Resort as a seasonal valet driver. You will welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and explain rates while upholding Towne Towne’s service standards and safety practices.

Seasonal positions run early November through early January with opportunities to earn cash tips daily; no prior experience required and on-the-job training provided; a wage range reflects hourly

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
• One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English, perform basic math, and handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide hospitality in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, and manage tickets and payments.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and follow Towne Park procedures.
