Responsibilities

• Walk, jog, and stand for most of the shift.
• Withstand heat, rain, wind, and other elements.
• Provide positive, service-oriented patron assistance.
• Assist customers at entries and exits of garages.
• Know garage directions and locate vehicles by description.
• Verify signatures for equipment checkout.
• Clear small debris from lanes hourly.
• Daily cleaning of SKIDATA and traffic equipment.
• Follow conduct policies and procedures.
• Relay patron and employee information to CSA as needed.
• Notify Technicians of SKIDATA issues via radio.
• Communicate garage flow updates to office staff.
• Document guest concerns when taking messages for Supervisors.
• Attend monthly safety training and perform special assignments.
