LAZ Parking is seeking a Seasonal Traffic Controller at Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara, CA. This on-site role involves directing traffic, assisting patrons at garage entries/exits, and maintaining safety in variable weather conditions.
The ideal candidate can stand for long periods, work outdoors, and adapt to shifting schedules during the season. Pay is $21.00 per hour with part-time hours (24–36 weekly) through January 10, 2027.

Friday-Sunday 12:30pm-9pm, 1:30pm-10pm, After Holiday surge begins 12/1/26 Hours will increase to Monday-Thursday availability, shifts 11am-730pm, 2:30pm-11pm
Requirements: Applicants must have a flexible schedule. The position will require you to stand for long periods of time and work outdoors. Must be prepared for various weather conditions and must be comfortable directing traffic.
A Traffic Controller are customers' first point of contact on property. The Traffic Controller must have a friendly demeanor and provide appropriate solutions with compassion for difficulties at the entry/exit columns or pay on foot stations. Creating rapport with patrons and employees with impressionable service standards. Answering general inquiries, and if needed, noting messages to be relayed to Management. Assisting Parking Supervisors with parking equipment when requested. Multitasking and spatial awareness in high traffic volume areas. Ability to lift 15lb equipment and position for traffic diversion. Ability to follow all Safety & Traffic Control regulations.
