Job summary

Mattel is seeking Seasonal Team Associates to support in-store execution for major retailers during the busy holiday period. You will work with a Mattel Retail Services Representative, averaging a minimum of 15 hours per week, and help drive presence and sales for Mattel brands.

You will unpack, merchandise, set up store fixtures, and assist with events, operating with a safety-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 15 hours per week during holiday season.
• Reliable internet access required.
• Need a smartphone and Chrome for time entry and email access.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador for Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products.
• Collaborate with Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements.
• Assist with monthly scheduling with lead Mattel Representative.
• Unpack cases of Mattel toys and merchandise the floor.
• Merchandise and organize products on the sales floor.
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Implement point of purchase materials and signage.
• Execute special projects and store events as assigned.
• Handle administrative tasks such as time entry and emails.
