Job summary

Mattel is seeking Seasonal Team Associates to support merchandising at major retailers this holiday season. You will partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to drive product placements, restock shelves, and set up fixtures.

This temporary role requires 15 hours per week and offers exposure to future merchandising opportunities within Mattel. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-savvy, with basic retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Merchandising, retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador for Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products.
• Collaborate with the Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements.
• Unpack cases of toys and merchandise the sales floor.
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures and implement POP materials.
• Perform administrative tasks like time entry and meetings.
