Job summary

Mattel is hiring Seasonal Team Associates to support Mattel Retail Services with merchandising at major retailers during the holiday season. You will work with a Mattel Retail Services Representative, a minimum of 15 hours per week, to drive product visibility and sales.

This temporary role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy fast-paced retail environments, have strong organizational skills, and are eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Reliable internet and transportation to travel to stores.
• resides within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory or can service it reliably.
• Device requirement - up-to-date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser to access Mattel.okta.com for time entries, email and Workday.
• Must have access to reliable internet and travel to assigned store locations.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador for Mattel/Fisher-Price brands.
• Collaborate with the lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements.
• Unpack cases and merchandise on the sales floor.
• Construct/deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Implement point of purchase materials and assist with store events.
• Manage time entry, meetings, trainings, and emails.
