Job summary

Mattel is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Team Associates to support Mattel Retail Services at major retailers during the holiday season. You will partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative, work a minimum of 15 hours per week, and help grow Mattel's presence on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include merchandising, unpacking cases, arranging product, fixtures, POS materials, store events, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Merchandising/retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during the holiday season.
• Access to reliable internet and a smartphone or computer for time entry and communications.

Responsibilities

• Unpack cases of Mattel toys and merchandise the sales floor.
• Merchandise and organize products for optimal shelf presentation.
• Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Implement point of purchase materials and displays.
• Execute special projects and store events as assigned.
• Complete administrative tasks such as time entry and communications.
