Job summary

Mattel is seeking Seasonal Team Associates to support in-store execution for major retailers during the busy holiday period. You will partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative, work a minimum of 15 hours per week, and help drive product placement and sales for Mattel brands.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about merchandising, customer service, and fast-paced environments. Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus, and flexibility for weekends is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Must have reliable internet access.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations.

Responsibilities

• Unpack cases of Mattel toys and merchandise the sales floor.
• Collaborate with Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements.
• Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor.
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Implement point of purchase materials and execute special projects including store events.
• Perform administrative tasks such as time entry, meetings, trainings, and email checks.
