Job summary

Prometric in Nashville, TN is seeking a Test Center Administrator for a seasonal role. As the face of Prometric at the test center, you will greet examinees, verify IDs, and support exam delivery with a strong adherence to security policies.

You will work on a variety of shifts between 7am and 10pm, including weekends, with training provided. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while upholding exam integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows-based programs (MS Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including the use of wands.
• Monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Represent Prometric's policies and integrity standards.
• Flex scheduling based on Prometric days of operations.
