Prometric in Memphis, TN, seeks a Test Center Administrator to greet examinees, verify IDs, and maintain exam integrity in a fast-paced center. You will monitor exams, perform security checks, and ensure a fair testing environment while supporting a team dedicated to high standards of service.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to communicate clearly. Flexible full-time onsite hours and scheduled shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.

Responsabilités

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center.
• Ensure every candidate receives a fair testing experience.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
• Safeguard the test center from misconduct.
• Digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification if applicable.
