Job summary

Witham Family Hotels is seeking a friendly Busser for the Terrace Grille in Bar Harbor. You will help maintain a clean dining area, reset tables, and support servers to ensure a smooth guest experience in a beautiful waterfront setting.

This full-time seasonal position offers varied shifts, a team environment, and a comprehensive benefits program designed to reward reliability and teamwork throughout the spring to fall season.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay active throughout the shift.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth service flow.
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread, and supporting guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service stations.
• Remove dishes, glassware, and utensils and transport them to dishwashing areas.
• Keep service areas stocked with necessary supplies (silverware, glassware, napkins, etc.).
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the dining space.
• Support the team to ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service.
