Position Details:

Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round

Shifts: Vary and include days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout their dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Assist with opening and closing side work, including setting tables, stocking service stations, and maintaining dining room cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide exceptional service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required
